To Saigyo
To Saigyo
Two large flocks of pigeons
This morning, a heron
Near the head of the lake,
The still surface, the fall
Colors. We may often
Wish for more, but do not
Understand in the least
The kingfisher shaking
Its wings on the dead tree.
